Our support is not limited via a point based system like some of our competitors. Ask as many questions as you like, and they'll get answered.
We do not provide phone support by choice. Most companies that provide phone support are going to patch you into a call center that will route your call offshore to a customer service representative that can only answer basic questions. You have better things to do then spend hours on the phone listening to elevator music. Assuming you manage to get the call connected, you can't receive links to documentation, screenshots, and technical information to help you find the answers you are looking for. Our online helpdesk is more efficient, and keeps you from wasting your time.

While we have many happy customers worldwide, the majority of our customers are in the U.S. and Canada.
Our helpdesk hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm EST (excluding holidays). While those are the official hours, we do monitor the helpdesk off hours. It's not unusual to get a reply at midnight on a Saturday. We are crazy like that.
Reasonable pricing with no recurring charges
