This page explains the different support options we offer. If you are having a problem or have general questions, this is the place to look. The resources below are in the same order that we recommend following when looking for an answer.

Support

Help Desk

Squirrelcart comes with 90 days of support, and Squirrelcart Pro comes with 120. Official support for all products is provided via our online help desk, by an actual Squirrelcart developer.

Get help by registering: You may register for an account on the main help desk page which will allow you to track your tickets. Once you have created an account, you can login to create and track your requests. To get started, click Visit Help Desk below and register.

Please note: The account you created when purchasing will not work for the help desk, as it is a separate system.

Get help without registering: You may submit a ticket securely via our help desk without registering by clicking Submit a Ticket below.
You can also submit an email support request by clicking Submit a Ticket (email) below. Please do not include any sensitive information when submitting support requests via email.

Determining Your Support Status

To check your support status, click My Account at the top of the page and login. Then, click the button that will appear below after you've logged in.

After Your Support Has Expired

After your initial support period has passed, you can still obtain support for Squirrelcart.

Support Ticket Purchase

Per ticket support starts at $50.00 USD, which covers the first hour of support. Most issues can be resolved within this time. Should the issue take more than one hour to resolve, we will make a determination within that first hour, and provide you with a quote for the remaining time.

To request per incident support:

  • Order a support ticket.
  • Submit a support request using our helpdesk. Please include your full name and order number in the request, so we can match it to your payment.

Support ticket purchases are non refundable, EXCEPT if the issue you are requesting support for is due to a bug in Squirrelcart. If this is the case, we will fix the bug or provide a workaround, and refund your initial fee. We reserve the right to make all determinations regarding the classification of bugs.
