You have better things to do then spend hours on the phone listening to elevator music. Assuming you manage to get the call connected, you can't receive links to documentation, screenshots, and technical information to help you find the answers you are looking for. Our online helpdesk is more efficient, and keeps you from wasting your time.

While many of our customers are in the U.S. and Canada, we also focus our efforts on supporting customers worldwide. This includes support for VAT in the European Union, Australia Post in Australia, etc..

Our helpdesk hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm EST (excluding holidays). While those are the official hours, we do monitor the helpdesk off hours. It's not unusual to get a reply at midnight on a Saturday. We are crazy like that.

Reasonable pricing with no recurring charges

The price of some of our competitors software can make your wallet cringe. They are trying to equate higher prices with higher quality but you are smarter than that. You don't need to spend a lot of money to get a high quality product and in fact you shouldn't.
