This item covers support for a single issue, for up to one hour of our time. If the problem you are having requires additional time, we can provide a quote for the remainder of the work. Most issues can be resolved within one hour.
What if the problem is due to a bug?
If we determine that the problem you are reporting is due to a bug, and you are using a version of Squirrelcart that is no more than 2 years old, we will issue you a refund for your ticket purchase.
