By default, Squirrelcart keeps track of your new products, and displays them in a category called "New Products". For information on how to change the length of time a product is considered new, see the "New Products" topic in the "Managing Your Store : Products : New Products".

 

 

Hiding the New Products Category

 

If you do not want the New Products category to appear in your storefront, you can disable it by checking the "Do not display" field on it's record.

 

 

 

Changing Position in Product Catalog Navigation

 

To change where the New Products category appears amongst your other categories, use the "Position" field on it's record.
