In Squirrelcart, a theme is a set of design elements that when put together are considered a theme. Each theme has a unique name that is used to reference it. By changing the theme setting, you can dramatically alter the appearance of your storefront. By default, Squirrelcart comes with 2 themes. They are named "Squirrelcart and Super Squirrel
The design elements that make up a theme are:
Image Files
Template Files
CSS Stylesheet
These design elements are contained inside a folder that is named after the theme. These folders are contained within the "squirrelcart/themes" folder. By default, the folders inside the "squirrelcart/themes" folder are named:
squirrelcart
supersquirrel
Important note: The files in the squirrelcart folder should never be modified! The squirrelcart theme is considered the master theme. You will learn more about this in the "Templates" section.
