Please read these important considerations regarding upgrades.

Templates

Template files can change from version to version. If you have customized your template files, this could mean that template files will need to be changed to maintain the same design you had prior to upgrading. This upgrade service does not include any template modifications or customization of your site.

Versions Prior to v3.0.0

If you are currently using a version of Squirrelcart prior to version 3.0.0, your template files are not compatible with the latest release. Because of this, when upgrading from a pre v3 version, your theme will revert to the default "Squirrelcart" master theme. If you were using the default Squirrelcart theme prior to upgrading, your store design will not change significantly. If you were using a custom theme, you will need to update the new template files after the upgrade is complete to match the design changes you made in the older version. If you are interested in having our staff update your templates so your pre v3 design is kept after the upgrade, please contact us for a quote.

After You Order

After you order this item, you will receive an email asking for information necessary to connect to your website. Upgrades typically take 1 to 3 business days to complete from the time that we receive your site information, provided that the information is accurate.
