This controls the appearance of the top of the page.

 

payment_method_credit.php

This controls the appearance of the credit card fields. It is only used when you accept credit cards.

This controls the appearance of the electronic check fields. It is only used when you accept electronic checks.

This controls the appearance of the bottom of the page.

This template is not always used. It controls the appearance of the page that appears when you cancel payment when using certain payment gateways.

 

payment_gateway_error.php

This template is not always used. It controls the appearance of the page that appears when you are using a payment gateway, and the transaction results in an error message.
