Squirrelcart allows you to specify the status of an order. This information is accessible to both the merchant and the customer. The different statuses that are available to you are controlled by the "Order Status Options" records. You can add custom statuses by adding records to this table.

 

To view Order Status Option records, use this menu option:

Status

The name of this status.

 

Description

A description of the status.

 

Note: Both of these fields are viewable by the customer when they view the status of their order.
