My SQL error when importing database

We are moving and upgrading our cart. Went through the steps to install current version of SC on new host. When attempting to import database backup am getting error:

MySQL Error 1065 encountered on line #9666: Query was empty

I've tried several times now and it's happened each time. Any suggestions on how to resolve this?

Even though I've gotten this error message, the cart seems to have all of the old database in it. It seems to be working fine, but still this error message is a concern.

Hi David,

I'd need to know exactly what was on that line # of the file to determine the cause.

I'm not sure what is on that line number, when I look at the file there doesn't seem to be that many lines in it. Will put in a ticket so you can log in and take a look at the file.
