Specific error returned: This transaction cannot be processed.

I went into Diagnostic Mode and this is the response I received:

    Hi,

Please be careful when posting. You had credit card data in your post, which I've removed.

Can you tell me what all this means and how I can fix it?
This is a decline. We have no control over this. PayPal declined the transaction.

    it still isnt working
It is working. If you are receiving XML data from PayPal, and Squirrelcart is showing you the response from PayPal, everything is working fine.

Please specify your Squirrelcart version in your profile. To do so, click "User CP" in the top left, then click "Edit Profile", and you will find a Squirrelcart Version field.

As of v2.3.0, the error you reported would also be shown as a decline, like this:
Specific error returned: Declined - 15005: This transaction cannot be processed.

Thanks for removing that card info for me. That card data is not valid anyway but I do appreciate your concern for security. I tried the processor with a valid card and got the same error. So are you basically telling me that it is just a standard CC decline? Please let me know. Thanks again for your help.

Yes, it should be a regular decline. Only PayPal could tell you for sure why they didn't approve it.
